There are eight episodes on the cards of The Boys Season 3, and not a lot is known by anyone about how things are going to roll out this time.

Reportedly showrunner Eric Kripke was heard saying that this season will be featuring one of the craziest things one has ever done.

Developed by Eric Kripke, The Boys series is released in a scattered format. Unlike other series that release in the whole lot, things are pretty different.

In The Boys Season 3, not just one but episodes 2 and 3 are also released on 3rd June.

Following them every Friday, we shall be treated with a new episode.

The series has received critical acclaim for its story, direction, and roleplay, highlighting Urban and Starr.

The six-time Emmy Nominated series The Boys Season 3 unveiled in its 2nd episode – “The Only Man In The Sky,” Butcher’s dream sequence.

This episode was bonkers and had some fascinating stuff. Who is the thriller child? However, The Boys Season 3 Episode 2 left a question – Who did Butcher see in his dream? Here is all we know.

The Boys Season 3 Episode 2 Reveals Butcher’s Hallucination

It is Homelander’s birthday, and Butcher is watching a commercial on TV. This turns out in a hallucination where Homelander is talking to Butcher and talking with him about using V-24 which Butcher is hesitant to try.

It has been nine years, Butcher has been fighting against Supes, and now he is about to be one.

No wonder this extra power will be very helpful, but it will also go against everything Butcher believes in and stands for.

The Boys Season 3 shows how Butcher also hallucinates a little boy. Almost certainly, he is Butcher’s little dead brother, Lenny.

Butcher still feels guilty about his death. Billy idolized his brother Lenny when they were young. But fate had other plans. Lenny took his life due to his father’s abusive conduct.

Along with a British accent, it is also shown that the young boy is of the same age as Lenny was when he died.

As Butcher had been thinking of Lenny very much often, there were fair chances that the little boy was Lenny, who was begging his brother not to inject V-24.

The thriller boy is also heard saying, “Butcher, it’s important to cease.” It is supposed that Jack Quaid’s Hughie speaks this. We know through season 2 that Aunt Judy identified how Hugh Campbell reminded Butcher of his late brother. So, it all made sense that the intentions of both were the same.
