Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1 Spoilers: Biggest Between Vecna & The Mind Flayer
Both Mind Flayer and Vecna live in the Upside Down, with the latter as a huge encompassing presence and the former in the parallel Creel home.
The Mind Flayer’s hive brain is made up of tendrils, vines, and monsters that one can find all around the Upside Down.
Vecna is the most humanoid monster in Stranger Things, as she is connected to the hive brain by a spider-like network of back extensions. He also can open miniature portals to the Upside Down wherever he makes a kill, which is interesting.
Upon its discovery, Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo) hypothesizes that Vecna is the Mind Flayer’s “five-star general,” as opposed to Demogorgon’s “foot soldier.”
As powerful as Stranger Things Mind Flayer is, he excels at brilliantly exploiting his many resources rather than opening gates. Because of his link to the Right Side Up, Vecna may be able to open gateways to the Upside Down.
Vecna is the only known Upside Down creature who has spent significant time in both dimensions, including the Demogorgon which is imprisoned in Kamchatka.
This combined with Vecna’s telepathic skills makes him an invaluable asset for the Mind Flayer if the monster isn’t working on his own agenda.
Who’s The Number One?
As part of Stranger Things season 4 volume 1 spoilers Number One (Jamie Campbell Bower) is revealed to be Vecna.
Number One, whose real name is Henry Creel, demonstrated psychic abilities from an early age.
His mother contacted Dr. Brenner (Matthew Modine), who turned Henry into an experimental test subject after murdering his mother and sister.
Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1 Spoilers Expose A Big Mystery!
Vecna’s murders expose a big mystery regarding the Upside Down and the Mind Flayer, and the Stranger Things Season 4 volume 1 spoilers explain why Vecna is only now opening gates after years in the Upside Down.
This temporal disparity could be explained if Vecna is acting against the Mind Flayer, which has yet to be shown.
Vecna’s Curse in Stranger Things could take years to build if Vecna aims to defeat the Mind Flayer and become the new ruler of Upside Down.
Vecna and the Mind Flayer, on the other hand, make perfect sense as friends. Joyce (Winona Ryder) had demolished the enormous Soviet gate the year before.
The Mind Flayer could have resorted to Vecna as a covert means of creating several small gates as a response.
In Upside Down, the Mind Flayer is well connected. It could be some big-time Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1 spoilers, but it would be unrealistic for him to be unconnected to Vecna, but facts concerning their relationship remain speculative.
