Peacemaker director, James Gunn has finally confirmed that the DC character will be making a booming comeback in Peacemaker Season 2.

James Gunn, the director behind DC’s Peacemaker in a recent interview revealed several updates on the second chapter. He said, “Creating Peacemaker has been one of the true highlights of my entire life, both professionally and otherwise, with John Cena walking into the shoes of Peacemaker as well as our partners at HBO Max.”
He further added, “To have something we love so much be loved by the audience, in turn, has been a wonderful experience. I can’t wait for folks to see where Team Peacemaker goes in Season Two!”
James Gunn revealed that Peacemaker is a hit series and it will bring tons of more seasons. He said, “You know, there’s not a big plan in place, but again, it’s something that I would love to do and I know that the cast would love to do.”
