With the Yellowstone Season 4 finale garnering over 11 million views, the hopes for the new season are pretty high, both among the fans as well as the creators. So, finally, after a long wait, the creators have renewed the series for season 5.
The Yellowstone universe is already flourishing to new heights with series like 1883 and Mayor of Kingstown. While Chris McCarthy, the CEO and President of ViacomCBS Media has showered praises on the show.
He said, “Yellowstone continues to shatter records with more than 11 million viewers tuning in to the season 4 finale, providing we’ve hit a cultural nerve – from the center of the country of each of the coasts – and still have lots of room to grow on linear.”
Does his statement mean there will be more seasons after the fifth chapter? Well, we don’t know. But we hope the rampage continues.
McCarthy further added, “Kevin Costner leads our insane cast who make the Duttons America’s favorite family and this new season is sure to be another fan favorite.”
