After debuting on Netflix’s street-level Marvel Realm, the MCU has confirmed that Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin exist in their universe and they will be returning in a new Daredevil series.
So, here are all the latest updates on Marvel’s new Daredevil series.
Every Upcoming Movie and TV Show in the Marvel Cinematic Universe

In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Cox reprised his role as Murdock while defending Peter Parker, and D’Onofrio recreated his role as the enemy in Disney Plus’ Hawkeye.
Fans believe that these appearances are just the start for the two as Marvel seeks to extend its TV and film world. Instead of a new Daredevil series, it’s been speculated that Cox and D’Onofrio may make additional guest appearances on series like She-Hulk, which is set in the legal realm, or Echo, who has a link to Kingpin.
Daredevil’s cinematic, and television career is relatively young. Cox took on the role in 2015 when Netflix announced an agreement with Marvel to develop a series of programs based on The Defenders. Ben Affleck first played the character in a solo film in 2003.
Netflix also presented Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter), and Iron Fist (Mike Colter) alongside Cox’s Matt Murdock (Finn Jones).

A New Daredevil Series Is Finally In Works!!

Since the Netflix series Daredevil was canceled after three seasons in 2018, fans have been begging for more.
They were in for a long wait, as sourcse revealed in 2018 that the Netflix pact includes a clause prohibiting any characters from the Marvel-Netflix programs from appearing in non-Netflix projects for two years after canceling them.
According to Variety, Matt Corman and Chris Ord, who co-created the USA Network series Covert Affairs from 2010 to 2014, are working on a new Disney Plus Daredevil series.
There have been no casting announcements, but with Daredevil’s recent move from Netflix to Disney Plus and reports that a relaunch is in the works, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Charlie Cox return as Matt Murdock.
Multiple Marvel Cinematic Universe series have subsequently premiered on Disney+ as part of Disney’s effort to unify its Marvel characters under one banner.
The latest program to premiere was Oscar Isaac’s “Moon Knight,” with a teaser for Tatiana Maslany’s “She-Hulk” series emerging earlier this week.
Rumors about a Disney+ series about the Man Without Fear have been circulating for some time, mainly because two of the actors of Netflix’s “Daredevil” series — Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio — had been in recent Marvel films.
In the movie “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” Cox repeated his role as Matt Murdock, Daredevil’s secret identity, while D’Onofrio resumed his role as Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. Kingpin, in the Disney+ series “Hawkeye.”

What will be in the Daredevil cast?
Who will make up the whole ensemble of the Disney+ project Daredevil remains to be seen. There’s a chance D’Onofrio will reprise his role as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, but one cast member is specific:
Charlie Cox plays Matt Murdock/Daredevil.
