While it’s been months the Dragon Ball fans have been counting days for April 22, when Dragon Ball Super’s new movie was supposed to be released, recent news may break many hearts. 

As per the official statement released by Toei Animation, Dragon Ball Super Super Hero has been delayed. The second movie of Dragon Ball Super has been delayed and the new release date is still under scrutiny. 

Dragon Ball Super Movie 2022 Delayed!

According to the officials, the main reason behind this unexpected delay is the Toei Animation hack. Back on March 6, 2022, the Toei Animation network was illegally accessed by an unknown third party, which modified its system. So, this has resulted in delays of several shows from the network and it also revealed the delay of Dragon Ball Super Superhero. 

Dragon Ball Super Super Hero was originally scheduled for a release on April 18, 2022, in Japan. However, it has been delayed and the new release date is still unrevealed.
