One of the latest leaks coming out is Elya Baskin may be back in the upcoming project of Marvel as Mr. Ditkovich. 

Mr. Ditkovich was introduced back in Tobey Maguire’s Spiderman 2. He was Peter Parker’s landlord. While he got a good amount of scene time in the movies, he doesn’t appear in the comics. 

We first saw him when he called Peter to clear his house rent just after he lost his job in Spiderman 2. While in Spiderman 3, he was again asking for his room rent from Peter Parker. 

Though Dr. Ditkovich has no appearance in the comics, his name is a reference to Steve Ditko, the comic artist and the co-creator of Spiderman.
